London, Dec 30 - Pop singer Nick Lachey and his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo saved the life of a neighbour who collapsed while stepping out of an elevator at their apartment building in New York.
Minnillo called emergency services while Lachey grabbed the man's keys and ran to get his angina medicine, contactmusic.com reports.
The two then stayed with the man till paramedics arrived and took him to hospital.
The same man earlier had objections to the couple moving into the apartment complex for fear of them attracting paparazzi.
