Chennai, April 12 - Actor Allu-Arjun starrer Telugu actioner Race Gurram, which released Friday in cinemas, has minted Rs.6.3 crore on its opening day in Andhra Pradesh. It is expected to rake in over Rs.15 crore in the opening weekend, predicts a trade pundit.

Race Gurram was reportedly made on a Rs.52 crore budget.

The film has collected Rs.6.3 crore on its first day in the state. At this rate, it is likely to mint over Rs.15 crore in the opening weekend worldwide, trade analyst Trinath told IANS.

Trinath said Race Gurram is a great follow-up to the recent Telugu blockbuster Legend.
