"He also said the state was destroyed during the tenures of SP's father-son governments of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav, and during Mayawati's government."
Ambedkar Nagar -, May 5 - BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi Monday said the SP, the BSP and the Congress might fight elections against one another in Uttar Pradesh, but they are all friends in Delhi.
In Lucknow, the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party may fight, but in Delhi they become friends with the Congress..., Modi said at an election meeting here.
He accused the Congress party of ignoring Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and said injustice has been done to him.
Had Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel been the first prime minister, things would have been different. Kashmir's issue would have been solved and the condition of farmers would have been good. A lot of injustice has been done to Patel, he said.
He cited that not a single scheme for the poor and the marginalised has been named after Patel, whereas many schemes with the Gandhi name are running in the country.
He attacked the SP and the BSP and said these parties have no time for people.
He also said the state was destroyed during the tenures of SP's father-son governments of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav, and during Mayawati's government.
Whenever they come to power, they are busy in settling scores against each other and are not bothered about people, he said.
