Cuttack, May 11 - Kings XI Punjab scored 149 for eight against Kolkata Knight Riders in an Indian Premier League - match at the Barabati Stadium here Sunday.

Put in to bat, Kings XI were given a rollicking start by Virender Sehwag -. At 87 for two in 10 overs, Punjab seemed well on their way to another imposing score.

But Piyush Chawla -, playing against his former team, removed Sehwag and the dangerous Glenn Maxwell -, putting the brakes on the scoring rate.

David Miller - also couldn't repeat his earlier innings while captain George Bailey - failed to produce the whirlwind finish he has often provided as Punjab managed just 33 runs off the final five overs.
