"Kejriwal resigned Feb 14 after a 49-day stint as chief minister following his failure to get the Jan Lokpal bill passed. "
New Delhi, May 21 - Delhi Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung Wednesday refused to comment on the process of government formation in the national capital.

I cannot comment on such issues, Jung told reporters here when asked about the possibility of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) again forming a government.

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal Tuesday met Jung and asked him not to dissolve the Delhi assembly for a week so that he could explore the possibility of forming a minority government.

Kejriwal resigned Feb 14 after a 49-day stint as chief minister following his failure to get the Jan Lokpal bill passed.

Since then, Delhi has been under President's Rule but the assembly was not dissolved.
