New Delhi, May 28 - The national capital will experience a clear Wednesday and maximum temperature is likely to hover around 40 degrees Celsius, said the Met Office.

The sky will be mainly clear today, said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The day's minimum temperature settled two notches below the season's average at 25.6 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 52 percent.

Tuesday's maximum temperature settled two notches below the season's average at 38.8 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was 24 degrees Celsius - three notches below the season's average.
