Los Angeles, June 5 - A niece of moviemaker Steven Spielberg is looking to build her own career in showbiz by appearing as a contestant in Israel's version of hit talent show The Voice.

Jessica Katz, the daughter of Spielberg's sister, Playmount Productions president Nancy Spielberg-Katz, is well known on the local gigging circuit in Tel Aviv.

She will be shown taking part in a blind audition for judges by singing Lykke Li's I Follow Rivers during an episode of upcoming third season, reports contactmusic.com.

It is not known if the 25-year-old passes the test and is put through to the next round.
