New Delhi, June 11 - Delhi University received applications from over 1.9 lakh students for its four-year undergraduate programme till Wednesday, the ninth day of admission process for 54,000 seats in 61 colleges, an official statement said.

A total of 192,433 applications (both online and offline) have been received so far, the Delhi University statement said.

Online applications were a hit, with 104,666 students purchasing and making payments on the DU portal. The university received 87,767 offline application forms from 18 centres across Delhi.

The admission process began June 2 and will end June 16. The first cut-off list will be released June 24.
