New Delhi, June 19 - The 40 Indians abducted in Iraq are safe and are in a government building, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said Thursday.

The workers, employed by a Turkish construction firm, were kidnapped in Mosul, one of the cities taken over by Sunni insurgents.
