New Delhi, June 21 - It was a warm and sunny Saturday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settled at 32.7 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average. The Met Office has forecast a cloudy day ahead.

The sky will turn cloudy after the evening and thunderstorms might occur in some parts of the city, said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 43 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 48 percent.

Friday's maximum temperature recorded at 43 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 31 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
