Rio de Janeiro, July 12 (IANS/EFE) German football legend Franz Beckenbauer has said Toni Kroos's rumoured move from Bayern Munich to Real Madrid could be a big loss for the German club but a valuable property for the Spanish club.

Reports have emerged that Real signed Kroos for 25 million euros and the deal will be announced after the World Cup which will be played between Germany and Argentina at the Maracana Stadium here Sunday, reports Efe.

The Bayern Munich honorary president regretted the departure saying it could leave the club without the services of a world class player.

Beckenbauer, who won the World Cup with Germany as a player (1974) and as coach (1990), added that playing for Real Madrid will be a priceless experience.
