"The three car passengers were from Haryana's Sonepat district and were reportedly good friends who were into transport business."
New Delhi, Oct 2 - Two people were killed and one person was critically injured when the car they were travelling in rammed into a stationary truck here, police said Tuesday.

The incident took place Monday morning in north Delhi's Alipur when the car was coming from Sonepat to Delhi.

Hitesh, 30, and Naveen, 33, were killed and their co-passenger in the car Nitin, 26, was injured.

The three car passengers were from Haryana's Sonepat district and were reportedly good friends who were into transport business.

As soon as their car touched the G.T. Road the driver lost control over the vehicle and rammed it into a dumper truck, which had broken down. The car was crushed and the victims were trapped inside, said a police officer.
