New Delhi, Sep 20 - The Delhi High Court Thursday asked the Delhi Police counsel to present Friday the facts about the alleged molestation of three Delhi University students by some men who had appeared in police recruitment exams.
Without issuing notice to the police, a bench headed by Chief Justice M.K. Sarma asked their counsel Jubeda Begum to submit the facts during the hearing Friday.
A student of the university in a petition alleged that the police did not take any action against the culprits despite a complaint lodged by the victims.
Counsel Sugriv Dubey appearing for the student submitted that police officials were reluctant to take action against the men who were coming out of the police entrance examination Sunday. This had angered the university students, counsel said.
The students have complained that the police were extremely unhelpful in dealing with their grievances in this matter.

The police later in the day suspended three officials of the Mukherjee Nagar police station in north Delhi.
