Girls rule yet again in CBSE Class 10 board exam
New Delhi, May 29 - Girls have yet again outperformed boys in the Central Board of Secondary Education - Class 10 examination. While the pass percentage for girls was 89.78 percent, that of boys was 88.18.
The CBSE Class 10 results for three zones - Delhi, Allahabad and Guwahati - was declared Friday. The results of the other three zones - Ajmer, Chennai and Panchkula - were declared Tuesday.

Nearly twice as many students max CBSE class 10 maths paper
New Delhi, May 29 - Compared to last year, the number of students who scored a perfect 100 in maths in the Central Bureau of Secondary Education - class 10 exams this year has almost doubled. In other papers too, more students have scored cent percent, a CBSE spokesperson said here Friday.
A total of 4,443 students scored a century in mathematics this year. Last year the number was 2,647.

38 disabled students score above 90 percent in CBSE class 10 exam
New Delhi, May 29 - Disabled students accounted for 38 out of the 47,821 who scored 90 percent and above in the Central Board of Secondary Education - class 10 exams this year.
According to CBSE spokesperson Rama Sharma, 1,681 specially abled children - 264 blind, 154 deaf, 759 physically handicapped, 40 spastic and 510 dyslexic - sat for the class 10 board exams this year.

Fewer cheating cases in Class 10 CBSE exam this year

New Delhi, May 28 - The Central Board of Secondary Education - will announce Class 10 examination results for three of its six zones - Delhi, Allahabad and Guwahati - Friday, an official said Thursday.

Girl power rules CBSE class 12 board exams
New Delhi, May 22 - It was girl power in the Central Board of Secondary Education - class 12 as they outperformed boys across the country. Two girls also topped commerce and science streams in the country.

New Delhi, May 22 - Eleven disabled students were among 15,839 children who secured above 90 percent in class 12 Central Board of Secondary Education - exams.
